My Weekly Family Meal Plan & Prep

Hey Luv, no one told me that one of the hardest things to do for your family is figuring out what to cook every day. The more family you have the harder it is. Meal planning and prepping is a must being a working single mom of 4. It is the only way I survive. In this post, I will be showing you what this week’s meal plan and how I prep.


*I didn’t plan for breakfast because kids eat at school and I usually grab something unhealthy (sad but true) 



  • Adult Lunchable
  • Southwest Salad



  • Enchiladas w/ Beans, Rice, Corn
  • Baked Chicken w/ Green Beans, Instant Mash Potatoes
  • Taco Salad


         Seasonings Used

         Baked Chicken

  • All Seasoning
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder

          Taco Meat

  • Beef Bullion  
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili Powder
  • Cummin
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
