Week 1 Family Meal Plan: Delicious and Easy Recipes for a Family of 7


Baked Pancakes


  • 1 box of pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract


  1. Mix the pancake mix, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. To add some extra flavor, feel free to customize the pancakes by adding fruits, chocolate chips, or cinnamon.


Tuna wraps


  • 4 cans of tuna in water
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • Onion powder
  • Black pepper
  • Flour tortillas


  1. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, boiled eggs (chopped), mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, onion powder, and black pepper. Season it to taste
  2. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the tuna mixture onto each flour tortilla.
  3. Wrap the tortillas like burritos, folding in the sides and rolling them up tightly.


Beef Gravy


  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • Beef bouillon
  • Garlic salt
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3 cups of water


  1. Heat olive oil in a medium heat pan and sauté the diced onions.
  2. Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  3. Season with beef bouillon, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  4. Once the beef is browned, sprinkle the flour over it and stir well.
  5. Gradually add water while stirring continuously until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency.
  6. Serve the beef gravy over mashed potatoes or rice for a hearty and satisfying meal.

Easy Spaghetti


  • 1/2 pound of ground beef
  • 1 whole kielbasa sausage
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 box of pasta (penne or spaghetti noodles)


  1. Cut the kielbasa sausage and veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium heat pan and sauté the diced onions and bell peppers.
  3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. If using fatty meat, drain the grease.
  5. Add the kielbasa sausage and spaghetti sauce to the pan and mix well.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  7. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce.
  8. Mix the pasta and sauce together until well combined.
  9. Serve the spaghetti with garlic bread and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. A side salad pairs perfectly with this meal.
